The only exceptions are special limited collections that you can only get in-store as part of a special release.

How do I apply the registration voucher?

Just check the "I have a promo code" box in the cart and paste the discount code. You can find the code in your email or in your Queens profile. Don't forget that the registration code is only valid for 10 days.

How do I apply the discount code received for my previous order?

Just check the "I have a promo code" box in the cart and paste the discount code. We will send you the discount code after every successful order. It will be valid after the return period for that order is over (30 days) and you can find the code in your email or in your Queens profile. Don't forget that the code is valid for 180 days and can make up max. 30% of the total price of your order.

How to become a VIP member?

A registered customer who will spend more than 200€ at Queens Fam in a year becomes a VIP member automatically. See your profile and find out how far you are from becoming one!

Can I combine the discount code with another one?

You can combine discount codes from orders with gift vouchers and use them on discounted items. However, they cannot be combined with other codes and vouchers where the discount is a percentage. If you want to apply multiple codes with absolute discount values to one order, please contact our Customer Care department.
